The process is simple and fun. Once we’ve set a date and time to visit your home, we will arrive on time, measure the area to be customized, inventory the contents, and then discuss in detail any ideas you may want to incorporate into the design. We will ask a number of questions to determine your priorities. With smaller, less complex spaces we may be able to design the closet quickly on the computer and present it with an estimate right away. However, most of the time we will schedule a second meeting to go over the design in detail. Changes, if needed, can be made quickly in the 3D format we use. After the design and costs have been determined and agreed to, we ask for a 50% deposit to schedule removal of existing closet materials, if needed, and the installation date. Lead-time for installation is usually two weeks from deposit. As the date of installation approaches we will call to confirm our time of arrival. Our installers will arrive on time and will exceed your expectations of professionalism while in your home. Once the installation is complete, the system is cleaned, and the space is left spotless, the remaining balance will be due. Because we rely so heavily on our customer’s referrals, exceeding expectations throughout the entire process is our goal. We look forward to serving you. |
