Just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for all of your help with our closet and pantry. We just love them and I really enjoyed working with you - thanks for all of your good advice. What a great experience - even with our little hiccup. Also, thanks for the extra shelves you brought for the closet, they work great solved the dilemma that Doug was having with his sweaters.
You were right, now the struggle is whether or not the clothes are worthy of the space. As you could see from the other night - I need to go shopping :)

Bill & Chris,
We now have our completed "closet" systems in place and, dutifully, Deb sent us a feedback postcard. I told her that circling some numbers on a postcard just didn't do justice to the experience we've had in working with all of you. I thought that a brief note would serve that purpose much better.
First, all of our new systems are phenomenal. Your workmanship, professionalism and the functionality of our redesigned spaces exceeded our every expectation (and we say this as experienced consumers --- we've done this type of work on two other homes). This was our first time using a "Closet Company" in a room other than a closet ... and we just couldn't be more thrilled with the results! We have built-in furniture (designed exactly the way we want to use it) at a fraction of the cost of designer-made furniture.
Second, working with every member of your team was an absolute pleasure!
Deb ... who listened to our needs, drafted several choices for us, was open to feedback and kept our budget in mind (without making us feel uncomfortable about it!);
Jeff ... masterful assembler and quintessential perfectionist (we love that he cared about it as much as we did!);
and of course the both of you. Anyone who has worked on a team knows that it is the leadership that is responsible for those dynamics. You have clearly built yourself a remarkable team that love what they do; and it is quite apparent to your customers. What a pleasure it was to work with all of you. You can be assured that we wouldn't hesitate for a second to call upon you again should a need arise, and it is with pride that we share your name with any who ask where our beautiful built-ins came from (after all, we were smart enough to call you in the first place!).
Thank you so much for making us fall in love with our house all over again!!
